as a student, we all go trough stress. stress is the pressure we must handle to overcome our problems. common stress reaction include tension, irritability, inability and to concentrate and a variety of physical symptoms that include  headache and fast heartbeat. it is important to us to deal with our stress well so we can live a healthy life. but, how can we deal with stress? 

there are many ways to deal wit stress as a student. first, we can have a regular family outing with our family members. we could go for a picnic at the beach or at the park. that way we can relax our mind wile spending some quality time with our family. another way to deal wit stress is to communicate with our family members. let out our filing or just simply talk about our problems to our family because in some ways, they can help us.

as a student, we will feel stressed when our schedule pack with things that we need to do at school and little chance to have some fun. so, organise our time to study and play. don't procrastinate, otherwise we will be with more work to do. priorities what is important and what needs to done first. a handy to-do-list is important to keep us in line with timings. student tend to stress whenever there is an upcoming examination. so, prepare early for the examination so tat we will be prepared.

having a hobby is really good way to deal with stress. fill our leisure time with hobby that will benefit us. an example of good hobby is reading. reading can increase our knowledge and also help us with our studies.

the conclusion is we must take care of our health. we must exercise so we can maintain our stress level. when our stress level is too high go see a professional, like our school counsellor and ask for advice because stress can actually lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.
